Now (Raised Foil Soft Touch Business Cards)

REQUIREMENTS: A separate pdf mask file is required for the raised foil elements of your order. Submit all artwork in vector format. Do not use shadows, glows, or grayscale images. Assign solid 100% black (C-0% M-0% Y-0% K-100%) to your raised foil mask file. White will indicate no foil.

General Raised Foil Recommendations:

• Knockouts are not recommended - there may be a shift (up to 1/16") when foil is applied.
• Avoid artwork or text under the mask since it may be visible through the foil. A solid color background is recommened.
• Keep foil coverage below 30% of the artwork to avoid a wavy foil appearance. A 50% coverage is acceptable only with patterns, thin strokes, or small shapes. Solid raised foil should not exceed 1" x 1". 
• Fonts smaller than 10pt on the raised foil artwork are not reommended. If using bold or thicker stroke fonts, smaller than 12pt is not recommended.
