What is a custom combination?
A Custom Combination is any 2 Wes-Tex standard inks in an ink combination
NOT offered by Wes-Tex. Standard Wes-Tex ink combinations
Can Wes-Tex print ink and foil touching or
in register?
Yes. Close registration applies when any two colors (ink and/or foil)
are closer than 1/32" (business cards) and 1/16" (stationery).
In most cases, we color separate electronically and only need color-separated artwork when the two colors touch or are intertwined. To ensure correct registration of two colors that touch, the artwork must allow for trapping.
Ink-to-foil and 2-foil designs that require multiple points of registration are not available as they do not produce satisfactory results.
Does Wes-Tex offer full reverse cards?
Yes. A full reverse is solid ink coverage that extends off all four
sides of a business card and may include reverse type or graphics.
Any full reverse artwork that is above an 80% screen is considered
solid ink coverage.
Is 4 color process available?
Yes, Wes-Tex accepts full color orders for business cards via our
Upload site.
What is normal processing time?
Business Cards (ink only) 2-3 working days
Second Side Business Cards 3-4 working days
Foil Stamped Business Cards 3-4 working days
Foldover Cards 2-3 working days
Perforated Double Cards 2-3 working days *** Change
Round or Angle corner(s) add 1 working day *** Change

NOTE: Production times are in working days (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays), assuming that all materials necessary to produce the order are supplied when the order is submitted. Time necessary to create/obtain additional materials or to obtain answers to questions may delay shipment.
Since we are continually improving our processes, orders can ship earlier than shown. Please keep this in mind when requesting changes and/or cancellations.
What options are available to expedite my
order?
Our standard shipping method is ground shipment by a carrier
of our choice.
If you would like to expedite your order, Wes-Tex offers three methods:
- Guaranteed Ship Service - when this service
is requested, we will assign the best possible ship date to your
order (based on the specifics of the order). If you need your order
on a specific date, indicate this when you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: The guaranteed ship date is the day your order will ship from our plant. - 3-Day Select - 3-Day delivery time. Available to customers with a Ground transit time of 4 days or more.
- 2-Day Air - 2-Day delivery.
- Next Day Air - Delivery by noon in most areas.
Can I select a Wes-Tex typestyle and have
it made bold or italicized?
No. However, Wes-Tex provides its fonts in different series numbers,
which provide bold and italicized fonts. Some fonts, if made bold
or italicized, may break up or fill in depending on the size. In order
to receive the highest quality printing, our typestyles have been
tested to work best with our printing processes.
There is a large assortment of our fonts in our catalog that are bold or italicized to meet your creative needs (or preview our typestyles here). Of course, you can always email your order or submit your order using our upload site and use your own fonts.
