Our Story

We’re a family-run business. Our company is instilled with family values that we extend to our customers. We’ve always been about quality, service and trust. We know that running a successful business starts with helping our customers.

Our story is about three generations of the Blake family. Today, James Blake owns and runs Wes-Tex Printing. In 1949, his grandfather, Bob bought an existing printing company and began printing phone books.

In 1960, we shifted gears and began printing thermography business cards for resellers. From there, our business card printing has grown to many more processes and options.

When Wes-Tex started printing business cards, we only offered two paper options – a basic white stock and White Glaskote (still a favorite today!) with only four ink options. We now offer 46 card stocks, 11 foil colors, and thousands of ink options.

Wes-Tex isn’t always the cheapest printer, but we’ve always delivered the best value to our customers. We have more than 100 customers who have been with us for more than 30 years. We print for thousands of printers across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Our customers rely on us to be their printing partner and we’re happy to have such long-standing relationships with them. We consider our customers part of the Wes-Tex family.
